First, check that the transaction status shows as Completed in your transaction history. Also confirm that:
  • The recipient’s bank details or Interac email were entered correctly
  • The transaction is not still showing as Pending or Processing
If the transfer is still processing, please wait while the payment is being completed. If the issue continues, contact support for assistance.

If your transfer fails, the funds will usually be reversed automatically to your source account or wallet. Please check your transaction history for updates. If the reversal is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support for help.

You can only cancel a transfer if it has not yet been confirmed or processed. Once the transaction is processing or completed, cancellation is usually not possible.

If the transaction is still pending, contact support immediately so the operations team can try to stop it. If the funds have already been sent, recovery will depend on the receiving bank or payment provider.
